Booking terms:
BOOKING TERMS The booking only takes effect with our agreement and on receipt of the contract, duly completed and signed, along with a down payment of 30% of the balance due plus 27 € administration charges that are not reimbursed. We will send you, by return, a copy signed by the camp site, which you should show at the reception desk when you arrive. Places are allocated by computer on a random basis as bookings are registered. Before returning the contract, please telephone our booking desk to check availability. No additional tent or other structure may be erected next to the rental properties. All rentals are to a named person and may in no circumstances be transferred to someone else. Out of season, rentals are for the weekend only. In July and August, accommodation can be rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals are from 2pm until 6pm at the latest and departures are up until 10am. The balance of the cost of your stay is payable in full on the day of your arrival. If a booking is made less than six weeks before your stay is due to begin, the full cost is payable at the time of booking. If the person renting accommodation needs to change your arrival date, they must inform us by letter or telegram. Otherwise, the rental property will become available for someone else from midday the following day. There will be no reduction for delayed arrival or early departure. The Blue Bayou Camp Site will not accord any reimbursement whatsoever. You should take out comprehensive insurance with a solvent company that provides you with full cover should you be forced to cancel or shorten your stay. In any event, the full cost of the stay remains payable. All those renting accommodation are obliged to comply fully with the rules and regulations of the Camp Site. Anyone breaking these regulations will be expelled from the site. Campers must be insured and the Camp Site disclaims all responsibility for theft, fire or other disaster. Safes can be rented at the reception desk. To improve the Blue Bayou Camping Club, the management reserves the right to modify the facilities on offer. Organised day-time activities take place from July 1st to August 30 th and there are evening activities and entertainment from July 8 to August 26. A bracelet must be worn in the swimming pool, and only proper swimwear is allowed. (Bermuda and boxer shorts are strictly forbidden in the pool). In the case of any litigation, the courts at BÉZIERS ARE THE ONLY ONES WITH COMPETENT JURISDICTION.
